Marimekko at the Olympics
For the 2008 Olympic opening ceremonies, the Team Finland women wore dresses designed by Samu-Jussi Koski and made from Marimekko‘s Pisaroi (“drops”) print. A similar dress is for sale here (via Skimbaco).

Man, I searched high and low online trying to figure out if that was a Marimekko design, and finally gave up. Good fabric sleuthing!

Man, I knew that was Marimekko fabric when I saw it on Friday, especially because it was worn by the Finnish team. Thanks for confirming my suspicions!
