More Connecting Threads

Wow! Based on the response to yesterday’s post, Connecting Threads does have a lot of fans — I’m glad to hear it! You readers are vouching for the quality of fabrics, and the fast shipping. Here of some more of their current collections, more of the folky/vintage/repro/traditional genre. First is my absolute favorite, Hope Chest by Mama’s Cottons, which if not a feedsack reproduction collection, does certainly have that feeling. I misplaced my photo of the whole collection, but here at least are my favorite prints.

Charlottesville by Country Essentials — some very pretty calicos, and I hope I’m being period-correct with that term. }

Symphony of Blues by Jenni Calo — OK, maybe more modern than traditional, but I forgot to put it in yesterday’s post! }

Folk Heart by Jenni Calo – yay Penn Dutch! }

    I have the entire stack of Symphony of Blue and Mama’s Cottons. Projects percolating. I’m so glad you’re sharing fabrics from “alternative” sources.

    I have been a fan of Connecting Threads for quite a while. The regular prices are great and sale prices are fantastic! Their exclusive line of thread is great quality and very affordable. Shipping is quick and they have the best customer service I have ever experienced with online shopping. The only time I had a problem with an order, a quick phone call to a ‘real’ person resolved the issue well beyond my expectations. And no, I am not a paid spokes-person, just a satisfied consumer!

  3. I hadn’t really looked at connecting threads before but now I think I may be placing an order. They have some really cute basics – love those mini stars and the crosshatch.

    LOVE Connecting Threads! The ONLY place I buy thread! Quality products, reasonable prices and speedy service. Try them, you WILL like them!!

    I just finished a kit I bought last year from CT yesterday. I loved doing it so much, I bought a kit they put together using Symphony of Blues. It came in the mail this week. It’s so pretty and the fabrics feel great! The best thing, I think, about the kits is that there’s so much extra fabric that’s perfect for the scrap stash. I want to buy more already!

    Connecting Threads fabrics have a great “feel” and we also like the threads. My mother has the Symphony of Blues wide backing fabric and it appears to be much higher quality than anything we’ve found at JoAnn’s.
