Dutch Door Press for Kokka

Keli saw a glimpse of these fabrics at Spring Quilt Market, but I didn’t realize till seeing them at Fabricworm and Matatabi that they were designed by San Francisco’s Dutch Door Press, who have been letterpressing and screenprinting their Penn-Dutch and Euro-folk motifs since 2007 on Etsy — I’ve always wanted to see them design fabric! The print above is available in three colorways from Fabricworm, and the tossed Matroyshkas and matroyshkas-guitars-and-birds stripe are from Matatabi, also in a couple colorways apiece. They are printed on a cotton-linen blend.

  1. Oh my goodness! I have their letterpress prints all over my house! I must have some of this fabric. It’s also a linen/cotton blend. Drool.
