Vintage Folk Twill
These are vintage twill curtains that I bought from a thrift store years ago (and debated at the time whether I liked the print enough to buy it — crazy lady!). Now I love how it’s Penn-Dutch folky but a little less sweet/a little more wild than usual midcentury folk prints. I recently turned some into a pillow (using this House on the Hill tutorial). There is info in the selvage but unfortunately it’s half cut off and illegible.
Downloadable color palette on Kuler.
P.S., after a two-year hiatus, I’ve updated my sewing/craft blog, Dioramarama … it’s an entry about sewing knits (specifically a baby T from Meg McElwee‘s book Growing Up Sew Liberated). Check it!

Oh you are my soul sister for sure! This is freakin’ amazing! You lucky girl you!! Love that you are back to sewing for the new one! Congrats!!
What a find! Love that print.
thanks for that Kuler link – need to investigate further!
I have a small piece of this same fabric in a different colorway. I love it so very much. I doubt I will be able to bring myself to cut into it.
