Giveaway: Amy Butler’s Lark From Quilthome.com
Have you seen Amy Butler‘s beautiful new Maxime de la Falaise inspired collection, Lark?
Quilthome.com is offering four of their exclusive “designer sampler packs” of Lark fabrics to True Up readers – these packs have 1/8 yard cuts (4.5 inch cuts x the whole width of the cloth) of an entire colorway. Today, leave a comment on this post for your chance to win one of two packs in the Dreamer colorway, shown above. As a bonus, have a look at Quilthome’s Lark page, and include your favorite print from the collection in your comment. If you’re chosen as the winner, you’ll also receive an additional 1/2 yard of that print!
Unlike most giveaways I have here on the site, this one will last only one day. I’ll close comments tomorrow, Monday, at about 9pm central when the second round — for the other colorway, Glamour — goes live. I love all the deep blues here! So gorgeous. And, yet, I’m drawn to the Persimmon Kasbah precisely because it isn’t the kind of fabric I tend to buy. There’s something so different about it so that’s be a really great gift!

I’d choose Ivy Bloom in Cobalt as my favourite. I do have a thing about her large scale two colour prints – Bali Gate and Temple Doors being my other favourites!

Love the tropical feel of the fabrics and bold colors. My son’s family has just moved to Hawaii and this feeds my craving to do a Hawaii-inspired quilt. Of the samples, I really like Ivy Bloom in Cobalt both for the colors and the intimation of actual Hawaiian quilts.
