There is a fabric store in my town that would like to carry some Liberty, but she said she can’t figure out who distributes it in the U.S.
Don’t know whether they do international shipping, so possibly only for Londoners and visitors then, but Fabrics Galore in Battersea/ Clapham (52 Lavender Hill, SW11) stocks a small range of Liberty lawns, silks, kingly cords, etc. at very good prices (£12/m for the lawns, £18/m for the silks – which for the latter is about half the Liberty store price). I failed to buy the Grayson Perry pink ‘Cranford’ print at the time because it had sold out at Liberty’s, and was amazed to find a bolt of it at Fabrics Galore last week. They have some of the other Grayson Perry prints too at the moment, along with quite a few other cool prints.
Westminster Fibers Lifestyle Fabric Division is the producer of Liberty Fabrics. Liberty is one of their Rowan brand designer brands. You can find out more and/or contact the at http://www.westminsterfabrics.com
