The always fabulous Pat Bravo showed me what’s coming from Art Gallery Fabrics in the new year. First up, the Arabic-world-inspired Bazaar Style (Feb 2011), which features some recolored prints from her French Riviera collection. Bazaar Style will come in two colorways, Desert (pink) and Oasis (blue).
Second is Coquette (March 2011), which Pat explained was conceived mainly for clothing. I adore the Liberty-esque florals. Its two colorways are named Jewelry Box and Powder Room. (She’s the best namer, don’t you think?)
Next there’s Bohemian Soul (April 2011), a very modern take on 70s motifs. Do you think Pat was a hippie or a disco girl? Or maybe a bit of both?
Art Gallery Fabrics makes the most wonderful tonal/blender prints. Lace Elements is their next collection, available in January 2011. They’ll also have their first solids collection, Pure Elements, coming out around that time.
And these blenders (Nature Elements) are actually available now, but the colors were so magnetic I couldn’t resist throwing them in as the finale!
