Fall Quilt Market 2010 – Anna Griffin

One of the big pieces of news to come from this market was that Anna Griffin is now her own manufacturer, and is no longer with Windham Fabrics. Her award-winning booth was created with these drywall structures on each corner, decorated on the outside with inspiration boards for each of her four new collections. I usually have to bug some poor salesperson to pull out headers, so this was nice for me!

First up, Fifi and Fido, with a little something for both dog and cat people, and people who identify as neither. I love the combo of retro novelty prints and florals.

Second, Carmen, a springy, decades-spanning vintage-y collection:

Third, Isabelle Christmas, which includes a repro of what I’m guessing is a wrapping paper design, and an old-fashioned border print:

I missed one of the corners, Willow, and also didn’t enter into the sales-sanctuary she had within the walls, so I don’t know when these will be out, but as always, I’ll let you know when I find out.
