So many thoughtful comments this time, everyone — thank you! I will be emailing everyone shortly, but if for some reason you don’t hear from me, winners, please contact me!
Prize #1: A tote bag made with Filigree fabric + one 12 fat quarter bundle goes to Cathy A who wrote, “That is a pretty amazing giveaway–and they are some of my very favorite fabrics! My favorite project is one pictured in the gallery of quilts, but is a pattern in a magazine–the Modern Sweets quilt with the Sugar fabrics. It’s my current project. Of the free patterns, my favorite is the clutch purses–specifically the one with gathers on the bottom using the Paradise fabrics coming out soon. I love her fabrics!!”
Prizes #2, 3, & 4: the 12 half-yard bundles go to:
2hippos who wrote: “I love the Verona clutch. I might have to get it and make one Thanks for the giveaway.”
The Muse of the Day (Carolina) who wrote, “The saying goes … you can never get too much of a good thing. That is how I felt when I visited every page of Pat Bravo’s site. On the second page of her style gallery for clothing there was a yellow skirt that caught my eye. It was on the bottom row, second in from the left. The fabric, which would look great in a quilt, was a bright, cheerful yellow. The picture encapsulates, for me, what is happening with the sewing movement in the US … sewing your own clothing and accessories is no longer done out of a need for saving your pennies, but, rather, for an inner desire to express yourself creatively. Loved it. Carolina”
Heather Scrimsher who wrote, “I love the chic quilt! So unique and has lots of texture.”
