New Release Tuesday

New Release Tuesday is my biweekly roundup of new fabric sightings. These fresh arrivals have started to arrive in fabric shops and are ready to buy. Retailers, as always, if you carry any of these collections, let us know in the comments.

The new-on-the-scene Anthology Fabrics makes it debut with a duo of contemporary collections: High Society (by the illustrious Khristian A. Howell) and Folk Life (by Diane Kappa). Spotted at Sew, Mama, Sew!.

Timeless Treasures is getting in on the cotton lawn trend with Darling Clementine, and it looks like Pink Chalk Fabrics is the first to have it.

Like the many generations of children that grew up with Dr. Seuss’ books, I know The Cat in the Hat and several other of his books by heart. There’s a big licensing surge lately (including a new TV show) and Robert Kaufman has the fabric side covered with two mini collections, The Cat in the Hat (naturally) and Celebrate Seuss.

This uber cute focus print of Michael Miller’s Honey Bee is supported by a mix of sophisticated, versatile florals. Spotted at Fabricworm.
