Have you noticed that I’m keeping up with Alexander Henry better lately? Well, I’m proud of myself for it, anyway. It hasn’t been for lack of wanting, but since they don’t do things quite like the other companies — all their collections are in-house and they often release sub-collections under the umbrella of larger, ongoing collections (like Fashionista, Monkey’s Bizness, and Nicole’s Prints), it’s a bit harder to pin their new releases down. But I’ve got it all figured out now.
The very Scandi-psychedelic Willow joins the famous spotted owls and personal favorites April Showers and Calico Cat in AH’s In the Kitchen collection. Of course I’m loving it, and thinking of how Willow Grove (above) could look like a half-dozen different fabrics if cut up and pieced into a quilt. More print for your money in these tough economic times.
