Hannah of Made With Love By Hannah emailed me this picture of a fabric panel with a pre-printed pattern for a circle skirt. The instructions recommend that you “wear over stiff petticoat for best effect.” (Sweet.) The mama cat is the same as the one on the Tammis Keefe tea towel (pictured below), but Hannah said there’s no credit to Keefe on the fabric. So we either have a case of vintage plagiarism or simply an authorized but unsigned piece of fabric. Either way, what a treasure! Thanks so much for sharing, Miss Hannah.

I have one of those cat print vintage skirt panels too! It’s not the same print or color, but the layout is quite similar. It supposedly makes a child’s skirt or woman’s apron (according to the directions), but of course, I haven’t ever been able to cut it.
