Search for Apparel Fabric With FineFabricStores.com

On my Twinkle Sews review, Vanessa commented that it is hard to find the fabrics used in the book. Well, Vanessa, you’re in luck — I just found out about FineFabricStores.com, an alliance of dozens of apparel shops scattered all over the U.S. and Canada. You just submit your query (I need 4 yards of wool melton in a coral shade! Who on earth has Liberty? etc.) through the site and it’s sent to all the member shops. I haven’t tried it yet, but I assume you can then sort through the responses and arrange cost and shipping with your shop of choice. Awesome.

(Does anyone have information on how an interested shop might join? I can’t find any central contact info.)
