Kumquat

Kumquat is a small manufacturer of baby clothing and accessories, and they also sell some of their fabrics. Most are cotton knit baby ribs, but there are also a couple wovens. The prints and stripes are adorable, and there are plenty for boys as well as girls. Fabrics range from $8-13.50/yard and shipping is a little pricey, but cute designs like this are hard to come by, so it seems worth it. (Thanks for the link, Carrie!)
