Giveaway: Amy Schimler Owl Fabric
Amy Schimler (Red Fish Circle) is celebrating the re-release of her Owl print from her 2007 On A Whim collection. Robert Kaufman is reprinting the Earth (brown) colorway from the original collection, and adding two new colorways, pistachio (green) and aqua (blue). Amy has generously offered a half yard of each color to a True Up reader. Just leave a comment here about your favorite colorway.
Comments will close and a winner will be randomly chosen on Monday, August 3, around 9am CST. The contest is open worldwide.

Oooohhhhhh, new colors, I love it!!! The brown was my favorite from her past colorways (and I have several yards in my stash, lol) but I really love the blue, so bright, fun and cheerful

I really like the aqua best, but the brown which is being reprinted is more true to life. These are beautiful whimsical fabrics.

I think my favorite colorway is the brown. It reminds me of owl fabric I had in the 70s (that’s a compliment, by the way! hee).
I have the brown colorway and love it! But i would love to have some of the new ones too!
This is so awesome because she is my favorite RK designer and the On A Whim owls were my favorite from that line and I’m sad to say I never was able to get ahold of more than a fat quarter of the blue owls but I’m still hoarding what OAW owls I did manage to snatch up! My favorite owl color from the original distribution was the brown but now that the re-release is next month I think I’m in love with Aqua. I would die if I won this. Please add my name to the hat for a chance to win.

While I love the warmth of the earth colorway, the aqua is just so bright and fun that I can’t resist it.
