Preview: Party Dress by Mo Bedell for Blue Hill Fabrics

Blue Hill Fabrics is a new fabric manufacturer on the scene — they don’t yet have a website and I don’t know much about them, but you can bet I’ll be tracking them down at Quilt Market to find out more! One of their debut collections is Party Dress by Pacific Northwesterner Mo Bedell. I will pause now as you go subscribe to her blog Lime Gardenias.

Back? Great!

The colorway above is called Fiesta, and below we have Shindig and Soiree. I love the focus print, Diamond Garden — there will be lots of fun things you can do with it, as you can already see from Mo’s dress mockups. And we’ve got another awesome cheater print (one of the best fabric trends this year, I think). The coordinating prints are sweet and versatile but not twee. No word on when it will be available in stores, but again, I’ll let you know when I find that out.

Party Dress definitely bodes well for Blue Hill Fabrics — I can’t wait to see what else is in store.

I’ve already congratulated you, Mo, but it’s great to see your line up here on True Up, too. Yay!
