Daisy Janie: Geo Grand
Jan Dicintio, aka Daisy Janie, last week unveiled her February 2010 collection, Geo Grand. It’s “six large-scale, bold, sleek+& dynamic+designs,+presented in a rich palette of espresso brown, smoky aqua, sky blue and a sweet apple chartreuse.” I’m loving the retro motifs and fresh, cool colors. Like her current organic cotton canvas and sateen collections, Geo Grand is self-produced, and organic (GOTS-certified 100% organic quilting weight cotton), only this time it’s going to be wholesale. So look for it in your favorite independent fabric shop … and retailers, keep an eye on her wholesale page for ordering info. Big congratulations to Jan — I’ve been following her progress as she has sought to expand her business — and thanks for sharing the images!
