Preview: Flora & Fauna by Patty Young
Hot on the heels of Mezzanine, Patty Young just unveiled her next collection Flora & Fauna for Michael Miller Fabrics. Shown above is just one of the four colorways. As she wrote, it’s a departure from her previous two collections — it is much more organic, and the closest she’s ever gotten to conversational prints before was Andalucia‘s Birdie Damask. Still, it is 100% Patty with its bright, rich palette. I really like the border print (below) and hope this signals a revival of the form!
What do you think? Let Patty know and you’ll be entered to win one of two fat quarter sets.

Turquoise & yellow…yum!
That turquoise and green is just beautiful. It reminds me of the ocean.
Some of them remind me a lot of echino prints from a year or two ago but on the whole, I am in LOVE! Especially the turquoise colorway. Can’t wait to get my hands on some
I love the turquoise palette and how the dots go into the flowers and back out in reverse–so clever! Wonderful, gorgeous design.
Thank you,
very interesting article
I LOVE the Luna Moth print!!!
