Liberty Autumn-Winter 2009-10
I featured the Liberty Art Collection on Friday, now here are some of my favorites of Liberty of London’s most recent season of Tana Lawn prints. I’m just about finished up sewing my first-ever dress so I’m paying a lot more attention to garment fabrics. I tend to wear darker colors so the predominance of gray and black, and deep, rich reds, teals, and purples really appeal to me. Which would you pick for a dress?

I would go for the 5th fabric. I tend to dress in black but, I like the touch of blue in this fabric. The large prints would probably make me look like a whale.
