I’d like to think my lack of pictures from the Michael Miller designers’ booths indicates that I was entranced by the gorgeous designs and riot of rich, happy color, and was just living in the moment. But I was entranced by everyone I covered, so that’s no excuse. I have distinct memories of taking more pictures of Sandi Henderson’s creations, but the memories must have been implanted because the images are nowhere to be found. Ah well, chalk it up to fatigue/overstimulation!
Fortunately, Jona (Fabritopia) covered the MM designer booths thoroughly, including Pillow & Maxfield and Patty Young. Ms. Ever Kelly recaps here and here. Patty Young recaps her Schoolhouse session, gives the full tour of her booth, and shows compromising (OK, not really) party shots from Fabric 2.0 and the Michael Miller anniversary party here. Sandi has plenty of video of her favorite designers and pictures of her booth. And her famous shoes. Oh, those shoes! She has also posted a (free) fabric pinwheel pattern — so cute and easy.
I did manage to document Paula Prass’ booth, so there’s hope for me yet.
I’ll do better next time, I swear! If not, I’ll eat my Lil Chef hat.
