This week is plaids, because I love vintage plaids and I don’t think they get the love they deserve. First, I’ll spam you with all the plaids from my collection then branch out to what’s in the shops and in other people’s collections.

I love plaid. I made a quilt that was (supposed to be) all plaid and check from a vintage quilt recreation. It was super hard to find quilting weight plaids and its a huge quilt. I totally agree with you about the plaid. I think many designers make plaids to go with their collections, but they are very hard to find for purchase.
I LOVE that bottom plaid. Is it my imagination, or are vintage plaids just so much funkier and more complex than modern ones? Maybe I just haven’t seen that many outside of J.Crew madras prints and such. (Are plaid and madras even the same thing? Hmmm…)
