PataPri’s fabric “Rain”

PataPri, the business of Chicagoan-via-Tokyo Yoko Uemura (blog), usually offers hand-screenprinted kitchen towels and other household textiles. Now she is offering some limited-edition yardage in her Etsy shop. They are printed in water-based inks onto white linen. Get it while you can! And if you can’t, remember, kitchen towels are just fabric with hems. I’m sad I missed out on buying these kitchen towels, the fruits of her collaboration with illustrator Linzie Hunter.

I’m loving this blog. The fabrics today have particularly caught my eye. I’m swithering over whether to buy some though I maybe shouldn’t wait long!
You’ve reminded me too about African prints. When I lived in London there was a market that had hundreds of African fabrics, amazing designs – oh I wish I’d appreciated them more now.
    Keep up the good work!

You are my new favorite blog but you are costing me a lot of money girl!

Love your blog, have just skipped off to PataPri and bought some penguin fabric! Too cute too miss! I’m in N.Ireland and fabric shops are scarce and tend to be very old fashioned so its good to have somewhere to soak up all this fabric goodness!
